Product Description

This project adopts full-process automated packaging such as visual mouth search, automatic lid opening, automatic diving, automatic fast full-speed filling, automatic leak detection, and automatic capping. It adopts the filling method below the liquid surface, which can be applied to the filling of a variety of liquid materials; during operation, the IBC barrel is automatically transported to the bottom of the spray gun; after the detection barrel is in place, the spray gun enters the barrel mouth, the empty barrel is automatically peeled, and then accurately filled at two speeds; when the filling reaches the set value, the filling is over, the spray gun is automatically lifted to the outside of the barrel, and a cycle is completed.

Filling position
The filling head is located below the surface of the liquid, and the liquid flows directly into the container through the filling head.
Anti-bubble:

The filling head below the liquid surface is usually designed with a special shape to ensure that the liquid flows smoothly into the container during the filling process.
Filling end:
When the set liquid level is reached, the filling head will stop automatically to prevent overflow.
